As the IT Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Control of internal system request within EDI procedures
- Internal system requests coordination
- Every day communication with customers
- User support and business communication via mail or phone
- Incident ownership and tracking incidents in EDI system
- Creation of relevant documentation within procurement processes
- Reporting and process improvement of internal procedures
