Job description

Do you speak German and are you looking for a part time job? Are you able to work between 22,5 - 30 hours per a week?

We are seeking a new addition to join a German-speaking team of assistance coordinators!

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Handling incoming calls from travelers seeking assistance or medical attention
  • Close cooperation with medical advisors all around the world
  • Answering queries based on company guidelines

Location: Prague - Karlín

Salary: 27 - 36 000 CZK/month

Requirements

What you already have:

  • Command of German (C1+)
  • Command of English (C1)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer-orientation
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Time flexibility (working in shifts)
