Job description

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join a fast-paced Payroll operations team. This is not just an average payroll position; it requires exceptional communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Job description:

  • Calculate and process payslips
  • Notify and follow up on any outstanding overpayments or receivables
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries related to overpayments and receivables.
  • Support employees by resolving their payroll-related queries.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholder teams to identify the root causes of overpayments or receivables and communicate these details to employees.
  • Partner closely with Payroll Operations to enhance the employee experience and improve the effectiveness of collections.

Contract for defined period with possibility of prolongation

Location: Prague 8

Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR/administration in Latam countries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
