Job description
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the BIW workshop, ensuring that production goals are met and high-quality standards are maintained.
  • Coordinate and lead production teams to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth workflow throughout the shop.
  • Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to resolve them. - Work closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to address any production issues and optimize the overall process.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards, conducting regular inspections and audits as necessary.
  • Lead efforts for continuous improvement to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Requirements
  • Relocation to Košice region in Slovak Republic
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, on-site management experience is necessary.
  • 10+ years of management in highly automated OEMs or suppliers, body in white experience is a plus.
  • Excellent in Slovak and English listening, speaking, written skills, and presentation
  • 5S, Standardization Work, ANDON
  • Ability to lead cross-funcitonal kaizen activities
  • Performance Management (maximizing engagement, motivation and productivity)
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances.
