Main Purpose:
- Develops insight-based shopper marketing solutions for Innovation and Customer Collaboration to build volume, market share, and category growth.
- Is responsible for Shopper Marketing activation and touch point expertise for a designated category in the country.
- Implements the activity grid and new product Go to Market for the category that is developed by Consumer Marketing in the Hub.
- Develops strategies and Brand Strategies, shopper and customer insight. Provide input on retailer perspective in commercial process.
- Is also responsible for monthly discipline for a particular category.
- At least one store check per month, at least one meeting with customer per quartile, participation in the category dedicated workshops with customers, delivery of presentations on the key category initiatives to the strategic customers.
