As the RTR Team Leader you will be responsible for:

• Managing the German accounting team of seven people, mentoring and motivating them
• Supporting more than 6 DACH entities
• Ensuring the compliance with IFRS rules in SLA frame with the local site
• Supporting the Accounting Manager
• Oversee accounting processes
• Closing activities
• Reporting
• Participating in a transition process from Germany
• Cooperation with auditors and other departments
