Job description:

  • Prepare performance review presentations
  • Analyze incident and support request trends
  • Ensure SLA compliance with service-level management
  • Assist with SLA updates and annual reviews
  • Analyze customer feedback from ticket ratings
  • Support management team in preparing monthly service reviews
  • Create ad-hoc reports

Longterm cooperation for 20 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 (near Chodov metro station)

Salary: 180-200 CZK/hour

Requirements
  • university student
  • fluent English (both verbal and written)
  • advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • presentation and organization skills
  • good communication skills (communication with managers)
  • ITIL knowledge is an advantage
