An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company based in Prague. To support the growth they are currently recruiting a Service Team Supervisor with French to join their team on a permanent basis.
We are looking for a Team Leader / Manager.
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Facilitating the training of team members to ensure their proficiency in performing operational tasks
- Daily supporting your team Payroll/CS Specialists, who are in communication with clients regarding Payroll systems, trainings and technical support
- Creating and implementing annual individual development plans and monitoring their progress
- Setting and managing annual objectives including performance assessment
- Participating actively in the recruitment process for new team members
- Providing weekly activity reports
- Organizing application support activities to align with the HR schedule
- Ensuring client services are consistently delivered at a high level and in accordance with contractual commitment
- Applying Client Service methodology, processes, and procedures
- Collaborating with other Team Leads and HR to ensure recruitment and training of new colleagues
- Daily communication and coordination of Team Leaders and HR
