Service Team Supervisor

In this position, you will oversee and support a payroll / CS team in handling daily payroll operations and reporting, ensuring all processes meet client requirements and are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 12 client payroll/CS specialists.
• Ensure compliance with the payroll schedule and adapt to client-specific needs
• Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while driving improvements when needed
• Coach team members, identify service challenges, and implement solutions with support from other departments
• Communicate effectively with clients and align the team to meet their expectations.
• Help set priorities and organize tasks to optimize team workflow
• Guide team members in identifying development goals and improving skills
• Manage team schedules, monitor productivity, and optimize resource use
