Job description

Position: Senior CUSTOMER CLAIMS SPECIALIST – German Speaker

Do you have practical knowledge of finance/ customer service/ supply chain, along with familiarity with SAP?

In this role, you will:

  • Manage customer claims, debit notes, and disputes according to established procedures
  • Investigate claims in a timely manner, gathering the necessary information to approve or decline them
  • Promote strong communication and collaboration across accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other teams
  • Digitally organize and store completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
  • Issue credit notes without delay
Requirements
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Theoretical or practical experience in a finance-related field
  • Knowledhe of MS Office - Excel, Word, Outloook
  • Knowledge of SAP is required
  • Proficiency in English and German- verbal and written
