In this role, you will:
- Manage customer claims, debit notes, and disputes according to established procedures
- Investigate claims in a timely manner, gathering the necessary information to approve or decline them
- Promote strong communication and collaboration across accounts receivable, customer service, finance, and other teams
- Digitally organize and store completed claims forms, documentation, and proof of deliveries
- Issue credit notes without delay
