Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Support Engineer for a new project for a company based in Prague.

The platform is SAP BW4HANA, if you already have experience with it, you are the right candidate!

What will be your main responsibilities:

  • Maintenance of the platform
  • Data analysis
  • Supporting users; consumers and providers
  • Delivery support, ticket management
  • Daily communication with other support teams, they will teach you what they know about the Polaris platform
  • Ensuring quality of support delivery and quality of processes
  • Resolving queries, bug fix, reducing tickets, investigating and resolving technical issues
  • Supporting teams such as DevOps
Requirements
  • Experience with Supporting the SAP BW4HANA platform is a must
  • we are looking for someone between 3-5 years of experience
  • business intelligence knowledge and data warehousing tools experience are a must
  • user-oriented approach
  • analytical skills, problem-solving mindset
  • go-getter and goal-oriented
  • strong communication skills, team player
  • experience with SAP integration
  • SQL is an advantage
  • CDC views is an advantage
  • ServiceNow experience is an advantage
  • ITIL certification is an advantage
