Job description

Position: Team Leader for Accounts Payable - TL work experience a BIG PLUS

Company: International - cozy offices, friendly environment, small SSC

Cooperation: Contract for an indefinite period

Location: near the Metro station, near the center

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach team of colleagues supporting German and English speaking markets
  • Support management in terms of alignment of operational activities with organizational goals
  • Reporting
  • Cooperate with auditors and internal controls
  • Participate in implementation of new software solutions (e.g. SAP HANA, OCR)
Requirements

The position has the following requirements:

o 3-5 years of experience in Finance (ideally AP, AR, Credit etc.)

o English AND German level at least B2 (communication daily) - Czech or Slovak native ideally

o Cooperation on "Process improvement"

o Strength in "top-down" - "bottom-up" communication, ability to negotiate based on facts.
