Job description

For our client, SSC in Prague, we are looking for a candidate for the position of HR Team leader.

You will lead and develop a French team of about seven people and contribute to the improvement of procedures and HR processes.

Main Activities are:

  • Lead and manage the HR Operations team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, reward, benefits administration, and compliance
  • Providing input for performance management/rewarding subordinates
  • Supporting the team in dealing with non-standard situations
  • Working with the budget
Requirements
  • Experience in HR, preferably in an international setting in a similar position
  • Knowledge of MS Office tools at an advanced level
  • Fluent English and French
  • Experience in team management is a must
  • Knowledge of technical/operational HR practices
  • Knowledge of HR information systems is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
