Job description:

  • support of the technical team
  • providing security scanning
  • service ticket management and technical troubleshooting
  • cooperation with other stakeholders
  • managing users and their accesses
  • updating documentation
  • communication and collaboration with other team members

Longterm cooperation for at least 20 hours/week.

Start: immediately

Location: Prague 4 - near Chodov metro station

Salary: 200 CZK/hour

Requirements
  • High school/University education - student of IT or Engineering field
  • Excellent English (both verbal and written) and good communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Attention to details
  • Willing to learn and proactive attitude
