Job description

Are you interested in computer HW? Do you know how to build your own computer? Are you always ready to help customers and solve their HW problems?

We have a great job opportunity for you! Part-time job with initial training in Brno and then there is possibility to work mostly from home.

We are looking for a communicative and patient candidate, who will help customers from all over the world with our company's product - the parachute simulator.

This offer is great for someone who loves to work with HW and has time flexibility.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Communicating with our customers via phone calls, Whatsapp or emails
  • Finding out their problems - maintanance L1/L2
  • Customer care - asking about their satisfaction with the product
  • Writing reports
Requirements
  • Communication level of English
  • In-depth knowledge of computer HW (e.g. graphics card, processor)
  • Time flexibility
