A unique survey of employee preferences for non-financial benefits in the corporate services sector. 478 employees, mostly from Prague, took part in the survey. Most of them are full-time employees, but part-time employees are also represented. These are persons of economically productive age.


The survey was conducted in the form of an online questionnaire. Respondents were contacted via email sent to the Gi Group and Grafton Recruitment contact database between 3 January and 2 February 2024.


We provide surveys to our current or future clients or their HR departments in hard copy only. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be emailed.
