Among the generations surveyed, we also included Generation Alpha - today's schoolchildren who will enter the workforce in the coming years.

The survey focuses on the preferences of each generation in choosing a job, their motivations and or disincentives. You will learn how willing each generation is to learn new things, how they feel about health prevention and which competencies they think determine their value in the labour market.

As the age range of candidates grows, employers must learn to work individually with the needs of the five generations that will meet in the workplace in the coming years. 


The main aim of the survey was to set the record straight on the common perceptions of the different generations, to clarify some of the differences and to promote mutual understanding.

We only provide surveys to our current or future clients respectively their HR departments in printed form. An electronic version is not available and therefore cannot be sent via e-mail.
