JOB SEARCH ASSISTANCE:
- Based on the profile and occupation of an individual, we will contact the companies in your region. Our strength is the good knowledge of all regions in the Czech Republic. Our consultants communicate with a wide range of companies across multiple industries.
- We search for suitable jobs.
- In case of interest, we will send the individual´s CV to potential employers. Communication process is always personalized to the person’s individual situation and needs.
- Communication between the consultant and the leaving employee can be in person, via phone or mail, at least once a month for a period of three months or to the point when the employee finds a suitable job position.
Personal meetings are always scheduled after an agreement between the consultant and the participant.
