The reward is 5000 CZK. If the candidate is successful in the recruitment process and is placed by Grafton Recruitment, you will get your referral bonus.

To refer a candidate, all you need to do is to forward this landing page/link to the suitable candidate and he/she has to apply through it and mention your name in the e-mail.

The rules

1. Anyone who would like to take a part in this programme can recommend his colleague, friend, acquaintance and others,
2. The recommendation must be transmitted by the new candidate via email or form to Grafton Recruitment‘s consultant where the name of the person who recommends is stated.
3. The reward is granted once the candidate starts at the new employment negotiated by Grafton Recruitment, and stays employed for at least 4 months.
4. The reward is not paid out if the recommended candidate ends the employment in the first four months.
5. The reward is paid by bank transfer directly into the bank account of the individual that recommends.
6. Grafton Recruitment has the right to change or end this programme at any time. Before its actual termination the reward will be paid out in case of candidate’s recommendation and successful placement.
7. If the candidate is already in our database and we were in contact with him/her during the last three months (from the 1st March 2020 till now) or has been recommended by someone else, we will inform you immediately. In this case, the reward cannot be paid.
8. One candidate is only one opportunity to receive a reward. There is no legal claim to reward.
